🎉🎉🎉 Milestone reached 🎉🎉🎉Today I have dropped into a lower BMI category... now measuring in at Obese Class I... hooray (⁉️) Moving from Obese Class III took 10-11 long months, moving from Class II has taken less than 4 months... seems that once you get closer to a weight that registers within what is deemed your 'normal' range, there are more markers available... My next goal is to be just Overweight on the BMI chart 😀

Depending on your height, you might only be 10kg from the healthy range. Mine is 74kg.

Thanks for the support guys - I really appreciate it!! This FSFam rocks 🤗 mials11- I wish I was a bit closer to your height 😀 but God saw fit to build me into a 5'1" model and the people who designed the BMI chart deem my healthy weight range to be 43-59kg, not sure if that's gonna happen for me but I'm having fun seeing how close this journey will take me... Malgaynor- lovely to see your name again... is it time for you to do an update soon ? (no pressure 😉)
