My kids brought the plague home from daycare, so I've spent the last week in bed with an unyielding, codeine-defiant migraine, hiding from all light and sound.... though clearly not food. This is what happens when I eat 'normal' for just one week. It's all good, back on track today with just a mild headache.
105.3 kg Lost so far: 33 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope you're feeling better soon. These obstacles are much easier with comforting food along the way. As I write this, I can hear a violin teacher say 'down up down down up down'....sums it up really!

You'll swing back down in no time... I've just had a course of meds that has halted my weight loss for the week and made me really hungry... our bodies know what we need when we learn to listen...

I feel you! I have moved house and that stress and a lack of home cooking has added an extra kilo onto my body. I am ignoring it and hope to start my weight loss after I settle in. I hope! Good luck to you
