My wife and I started a 60 day body transformation challenge. A few days in we discovered this app.
I honestly think we would’ve made it past Easter without it, it’s a total game changer. We can both see a visible difference after one week of tracking our goal caloric deficit and doing a long brisk walk each day. A big thanks to the developers, I wish I had have come across this years ago but it’s never too late to start a good thing. 😊
93.4 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Welcome to the FS community... 'game changer' is a phrase used often around here... Good luck to you and your wife with the challenge... once you get into it, you might enjoy using the macros and nutrients reports to help your journey as well ...
