This is a nice surprise after Easter and a family holiday - with multiple takeaway lunches and restaurant dinners.
I found I was underwhelmed by the pleasure of eating takeaway burgers, chips, bread, rice etc. I can happily skip these going forward. I did really enjoy some lovely pastries - but I could happily have put them aside after three bites. All good learning and experience that will help when I get to maintenance phase.
77 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

when I was on holidays recently I too realised that the extra food made me a bit unwell. Won't do that again!

When I list the first 10kg I treated myself to Chips and gravy. I ate about four mouthfuls, then I couldn’t face any more 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I'm often amazed by how disappointing foods can be once we've had a break from them. Burgers, chips, fried chicken, pizza etc. They're so good when we eat them regularly, and so meh when we don't. It's a great lesson that I've learned many times! 💚

yes when I was in hospital I craved hungry jacks ut when I go put and had some I was so disappointed

chubbs being diabetic with many health problems recently joined now on Mediterranean diet. I'm pleased with menu supplied

I Regularly check my blood sugers about 5 times daily. I have a libre2 SENSOR on my arm connected toy phone. no needle pricking anymore. great device. this SENSOR keeps me on right track with my food diet.

was going well with my calories all day then had a LOW BSL. REMEDY 4 GLUCOSE JELLY BEANS 250ML BTLE OF COKE up went glucose and so did my calories stabilise with a pce of wmeal bread teaspoon peanut butter.. my 1200 cal went to 1400.. cannot win atm..

I am pleased with Mediterranean diet especially my health problems are helped and checked by myself. I can change to my preferences and keep to my 1200 plan.

I'm finding now that giving up certain foods is like giving up smoking (which I had to due to a very bad heart attack) really am satisfied with the foods I'm eating now which are si much healthier.

I forgot to tell u I'm 78yrs young.. my battle with health started when I was 23yrs. My Drs have been my lifeline and I follow their advice. hopefully this gives hope to u all because I am still surviving.
