Finally broke the 70kg wall. As a body builder the scales can do your head in. Upped the weights and training and visually seeing more definition so the scales don't always have a say.
69.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
