Considering that Fridays are my "treat" day, this is a good result.
I use the word treat, not cheat, because treats are rewards, and cheats are breaking the rules. My rules aren't being broken by having the occasional treat, they are in fact part of my plan. For myself, the language that I use matters. Cheating, for me personally, instills a sense of guilt. For those who have cheat meals/days-you do you, no judgement. I'm just sharing what works for me 💚
81.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i often have treats in my daily log of food, 25grams of darrell lea rocky road a couple of times a week, my downfall is cashew nuts. so I steer clear even though I think I will just do 20 grams...I cant stop...so they are OUT !! haha

Friday night is my treat time. I usually indulge in a square of Lindt 70%+ dark chocolate. One square is enough, and I savour it slowly and mindfully. I find allowing a treat stops me from seeing that item as 'forbidden' and bingeing on it instead as a result. The Med diet actually allows dark chocolate too :)
