So inspired by Lizpackard that I did extra and eat less. 😂
Today is day 40 of our 60 day body challenge and I’ve just passed my original 60 day goal which I’ve now moved to 86kg. Recording calorie in and out works people. 🎉

Thanks Liz, yes, she’s losing a little but getting super fit in the process. Only needs to shed a few kg’s really just to fit into some of her old dresses. 😊
