last night I made my first giant step of not snacking late at night. not saying I've broken the cycle yet, but it's a start.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh, how easy it is to get into the habit of doing so though. I've found by chewing on some mint gum when the urge attacks, always seems to fix that.

I find it really does work, even if you have to pop more after the first lot has lost it's flavour. Oh and BTW... make sure it's sugar free!
