Trying to gain muscle mass but weight keeps dropping. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Makes sense if you are maintaining the same calories whist working on building muscle... Muscle requires more energy to sustain... if I'm being honest it's my main motivation for starting to train with weights, I am looking forward to a day when I can eat more than 1200cals again 😀
