Apparently all I need to do to maintain my weight is to eat 1400kcal for breakfast, starve the remaining 23 hours of the day, poop twice, then go for a 9km/2hr bushwalk in the darkness before bed...
94.5 kg Lost so far: 43.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Must b doing intermittent diet too hard for myself I'm doing Mediterranean and enjoying my 1200 cal daily meals.

Surely your calories should go up once reached your target weight. There's no way I could survive on low calorie amount.

@UDTres, I would hope so, because I'm well sick of always being hungry, though I've been on strict 1400-1500kcal OMAD for the past 2+ weeks (and most of the past year), cardio twice a week, and my weight hasn't budged. With a sedentary TDEE of 2,300kcal/day, it defies physics.
