looks like last week's drop was real. I have been eating 2000 cal and lots of protein (I usually don't have enough) after a 28k training run on Wednesday, and the loss has been maintained. All good!
55.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Amazing!!! I dream of eating closer to 2000 cals, but I'm not a runner 😀 hopefully more weights and muscles will allow an increase from my current 1200 again one day... Good luck with your training 💪
