This is my second winter on this journey ... and I've got to say that I have been hungrier this past month than since I started back in Nov 2021. I found that I had started negotiating not just quantity of foods in my diary, but also quality 😬 I'm thankful that being part of this FS community means I get reminders of the tools to help me stay on track... this week a simple post that mentioned brushing teeth instead of snacking after dinner 👍 Another thing that has boosted my resolve is the joy of receiving more hand-me-downs from my daughter... We spent a wonderful afternoon clearing out her wardrobe and trying on clothes, such an unexpected part of this lifestyle change for us both, and such a joy!!! We laughed a lot and I got some lovely upmarket outfits to add to my wardrobe too!!! Win,win!!!
69 kg Lost so far: 79 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
