Back to that thin blue line again, hooray 💙💙💙 Am still trying to get to and maintain 25% Fat in my macros... I miss it most weeks 😀 I think 25% of 1200cals is not for me ... I will revisit that when I increase my cals to maintenance (whatever that looks like when I get there) I am definitely eating closer to 1230 per day on average ATM... But... I am slowly starting to feel physically stronger after a few months playing on the park gym equipment 2 or 3 times a week 💪 Happy days 🤸🏼‍♀️

thanks @geoffwaye... I lost a good chunk of my weight with a 30carb/30fats/40protein split... I'm now down to some seriously stubborn remnants of fat lurking under the kilos of loose skin and trying to employ different strategies to budge it 😬 logically consuming less fat on a regular basis should help shift it, but... avocado and salmon 🤤 Hoping in time to have enough muscle mass to burn some more before I can move to maintenance... I'm not quite done yet !!!

Well sounds like you have it in hand and yes those final few fat kilos can be had to move very hard in fact. I’d tried a few years ago losing weight and got down to 82kg and their it sat so I gave up but this time I employed different eating and training methods so managed to get down to 75kg so for me you have it well in hand and you know what your doing that’s for sure.
