Am I running out of milestones? Not yet 😁 In August last year I marked the occasion of having lost the weight of a baby cow (40kg according to google 😀) I joked at the time that was one down and one to go... this morning I have hit that target 🎉 Farewell to the TWO baby cows I used to have to haul around and keep fed (and clothed...) on a daily basis 🐄🐄🤣 Life is so much better without all that going on 🤸🏼‍♀️ I am still amazed at how our bodies bounce back after years of neglect... Thanks again to this wonderful community for your support and encouragement and for sharing your different strategies and experiences to help inspire each other ❤️ You really are awesome !!

Hahaha @Flossyflu, moooo 😀 @Geoffway @Maycott, I am thankful that you can be inspired and given hope by seeing my journey 💕 I have been and am still being inspired by the journeys of others - IMHO, that is what a huge strength of this app is... I will be here for a while yet (possibly a very long while) and am still excited to see others achieve their goals, or even fail and get back up again... We all know what it feels like once we've walked a mile in those same shoes, there is huge strength to be drawn on in this community, truly blessed to be a part of it 🤗

Thanks guys 🤗 @Chubbs.Hall I absolutely am enjoying getting my life back... every day 🙏 I was pretty well just existing 1 1/2 years ago... At the start of this journey I read somewhere about taking a year, just one year, to make and then retain the changes needed to get as healthy as possible... That thinking helped me immensely when I had cravings for salty, fatty, sweet etc. Slowly I replaced most everything I ate, including all the pre-packaged 'healthy' meals, with whole foods that I prepared myself... I can't say enough times how amazing our bodies are once we bite the bullet to put ourselves and our health first... Simply blows my mind 🤯
