I had some decent meals in the run up to my half marathon on Sunday so I wouldn't run out of fuel. I don’t have that excuse anymore as it is done! Feeling a bit stiff today.
56.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My plan totally fel apart before I even started, so I decided to just enjoy it rather than kill myself for a time. 2h 15 minutes- not splendid but no disgrace either.
