Given what was consumed yesterday, even though I didn’t finish anything and have of leftovers, this isn’t bad, but I was extremely deficient in protein. Back to the normal plan today, including lots of movement.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
