I started this week feeling quite sick, which led me to comfort eat to feel better and that equals KFC. I managed to stay on top of it though and overall I'm happy with the week. Other than the KFC we had some good roast dinners and lamb shanks. The fruit smoothies have been great. I'm starting this week feeling better than last week, I'm just hoping my kids feel better soon too. Oh and a total of 50kg lost so far, which is a pretty cool milestone to reach.
