I have just gone back to my old ways.

Although I know it is important to lose weight and stay healthy, there are other things taking priority.

I know very well that my body doesn't require the amount of calories I am consuming. It's not even the meals that contribute to my weight, they do but not as much as other stuff I eat out of stress and boredom. I also know there are other things to keep me out of boredom however food seems to be the easiest.

Anyway, it's time to resolve and start losing again. The same way I did last time.

Being accountable and Consistent.
97.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

I quickly fell back into old habits once I hit my goal weight of 90kg and, in a blink, I put 35kg right back on. I'd hate to see you make the same monumental screw up I did.

@TDX00 I hear you and it happens in a blink for sure. To be honest, my eating is completely related to the mindset I am in. Most of the time eating is the easier way to punish myself for all those decisions I had taken or not taken. Not sure if you can relate to it but you know when you are stuck in life and you know you need to move but you think your circumstances doesn't allow you to move?? This is the feeling that pushes me to overeat and feel happy in the sorrow. In the sorrow our brain needs energy and carbs give that energy in easy bursts. The good news is I am aware of it. Bad news is not able to find a way to get out of the stuckness. Let's hope I can plan better this time around. Goodluck to you on your new journey.
