Yay finally under 100 and back into it =)
99.5 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Only the beginning. A recommend a book called clean cuisine. I found it so good in making me understand the food is a medicine.
