Holding steady. Didn't walk this weekend, but did some solid yard work and house cleaning. I think I'm going to cut the chicken portions down to 3.5 oz and see what happens. More veggies, too. I'm in a bit of a rut lately.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
