I've been eating at or under what this app recommends as my calories for weight loss for more than a month but I haven't lost any weight at all! I don't know what to do DX.
50 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thats this apps recommendation for your daily cals. I had the same issue! I tweaked it a bit and took of 20% for what this app recommended. It worked but bare in mind everyone's different.. Hope it all works out :)

Hi Emily, This app recommended about 2300 calories for me, but I knew from past experience that I need a lot less to lose weight, so I set my maximum to 1300 calories a day. I can easily lose 1kg a week this way. I think as long as your diet is a balanced one i.e. the right ratios of carbs,protein, fat nutrients, etc, you can just lower your daily calorie limit a bit at a time until you start losing weight at a healthy rate until you get to your ideal body weight. If you're not losing any weight, lower it say, by 500 calories a day, and stick to that for a week or two, then review and adjust as needed ? I think the minimum daily calories a man needs is 1000 before it becomes unhealthy, I'm not sure what it is for women, but that shouldn't be hard to find. Good luck! Terry
