feeling under the weather today... so was sleeping the whole day - made it so easy to eat only 1200 calories ; ))
trying to drink lots of water with lemon as well
58.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
