Very happy with this considering what i've been eating for 2 weeks and no exercise.
Went to gym last night and felt awful, always the way starting back.

Sick today so only had some celery and water. Hopefully a walk later.
78.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
