Just starting out, finally looking at what I'm eating and getting scared of how much I was eating and how much I wasn't doing anything to stop it. Did heaps of extra walking and push ups feeling happy about it but getting with drawls from caffeine and getting acne from the change in diet. Wish me luck.
84.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
