Didn't get to do much yesterday as I had work (still active on my feet for 6 hours) and then went to sleep early after dinner difficult not relying on caffeine anymore. Going for a walk and exercise this morning before work so if I crash again tonight I would of already done some fitness.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
