This is just the weight from my scale, so not a gain, just a recalibration. Overall good. I’m going to dump the fat clothes as I go this time. No backslides.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
