Tuna Salad

A creamy, low-cholesterol dish.

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add tuna and shred with a fork.
  2. Dice celery and red bell pepper.
  3. Cut and remove seed from avocado, slice in crisscross pattern and scoop.
  4. Mix everything together.
