Vegetable Fried Rice

Quick and easy way to use leftover white rice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a hot skillet, put white rice with vegetables and soy sauce. Stir until combined.
  2. Move rice to the side of the skillet.
  3. Add in scrambled eggs and let it cook for a minute then mix everything.
  4. Serve hot.
