Low carb rice substitute.
Ingredients
Directions
- Grate or process the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles grains of rice.
- Soften onion in frying pan using low calorie spray for about 2-3 minutes (you can also add other veggies mushrooms, peppers etc.).
- Add spices (to personal taste).
- Add cauliflower, season and continue cooking for 5-8 minutes until cauliflower is tender finish by adding a handful of coriander.
