Haven’t even looked at the app recently- finding cutting really low is really hard, so floundered for over a week. I think I’ll try just low carb, around 100 g- my usual diet previously was very high carb, so replacing carbs let to way too much protein. That’s not good either. Hopefully find my own magic formula soon. Too frightened to weigh in😜
