Stopped fasting, had a birthday party & an existential crisis going into a new decade. Drinking again & contemplating my existence. Also started swimming in the morning & back to the gym. Fasting 16/8 from today.

16/8 going well. Dropped sugar-free cordial from my water bottle when I read 'The Obesity Code' - artificial sweeteners spike your insulin level despite having no calories, so leads to weight gain. I had no idea! I was putting it in my water bottle. So, just water now for me😁
