First weigh for weeks. Plantar fasciitis has impacted horribly on my ability to walk, let alone exercise but now have a personal trainer, regular classes, taping my foot has given some relief. Plastering my feet today for new orthotics. Podiatrist tells me we will get ‘full resolution ‘ of the pain. Bloody hope so!
