Hit a snag, well, sausages and hamburgers and chocolate and cakes and lollies really.
Up to 84.8kg again today, just wiped out at least a week's worth of being good. All my own fault, I know.
Seriously down to the wire now, I need to permanently dislodge a kilo each week to reach my goal in September. So I brought out the big guns, my red crocheted bracelet to remind me not to shove rubbish in my mouth and a properly constructed "diet" I can follow for a week or so until I am back to eating well on my own. I feel like a child, needing these props. Sigh.
Optimistic for next week.
