Oh dear, I went beserk with wine and chocolate and grains. Sigh. Starting again NOW.

i think there must be somthing in the air cos iv done the same. i can make all the excuses in the world but at the end of the day its because iv eaten too much that iv put on lots of weight.

It's certainly not easy but keep going because if you keep going you'll get there in the end. We all have days where we blow out. As long as it's not every day you'll get there. That's my theory anyway and today I got some positive feedback from a close friend who hasn't seen me for a while and I was stoked. If you want a chocolate hit just get the smaller size and not the family size because if you're like me it won't last for long no matter how good your intentions are. Alcohol also makes me eat more I find so I've given it up until Christmas. It was hard in the beginning but I'm used to it now. Good Luck!

The way i see it (as a hypocrite) what's done is done and tomorrow is a new day for learning
