Pretty gutted with this weeks weight in - I did lots of exercise, ate right and lost just 100 grams :( Now I'm sick, so next week is not going to be great either.
74.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
