Seriously considering ditching the fitbit. It's getting buggy & hasn't inspired me to increase exercise more than I usually would, for a long time. Tends to make me feel inadequate, if anything. I'll try wearing a nice watch, weighing daily, walking daily & using food diary daily. Recovering from Covid, feeling really tired but this is partly the mental strain. Time to try somethi g different. Anyone else find their fitbit effect wears off?

I feel for you & understand. I was doing well but over the last 4wks no matter what I do, I seem to be just stuck on 81kilos even though I’m documenting & using this App! Have been doing trial & error - where am I going wrong?
