Just a short entry to say hello to FS members, hope you had a great Christmas, and hope you have an amazing NYE and that you start on any possible new year's resolutions NOW rather than waiting for the magical 1/1/2015 to change your lifetime habits.

I have a few diet related ones to add to the NYE resolutions board, but I'm starting on it now... here's a bit of a preview of what I'm trying to achieve:



Almost done with this week-long cold, and the legs have rested until yesterday... time to start my wicked training and 'healthier' eating again!
