New battery in scale was sad, I now show 2kg more than I thought. Ah well. Drastic reduction of daily wine intake is an improvement so now I need to address wheat (IBS) and portion control. Enjoyed the last of a gifted pavlova for breakfast today - well, I couldn't waste it! :-)

Pav for breakfast....well, look at it this way, you could have had breakfast, AND had the pav for a mid morning snack, so you did well.
