wow - i'm not even gunna weigh-in here today. Yesterday was any other normal day , kepT my calorie intake down to no more than 800 calories for the day. BUT PUT ON 1KG OVERNIGHT - WTF ??? was not fluids , i did not drink much at all. the previous few days were also normal averaging 700 -800 calories per day - with an average weight loss of 0.2kg per day. And this morning i stack on 1 kg I AM FURIOUS. I will however stick to my guns , today I will FAST (consume only 400 calories maximum). I'm guessing that if I behave today , then, tomorrow morning will be a catchup weigh-in , should maybe give me a 2kg loss tomorrow - stay tuned grrr !!
