TGIF, and so the cycle repeats, I have now just about lost the 2 kg that I gained over the long weekend away (last weekend) only 0.3kg to go. I will no doubt drop that off and hopefully a little extra by tomorrow mornings weigh-in. HOWEVER , tomorrow night(Sat) we have friends over for dinner & beers , haha - watch this space ... One big issue that I have is my TOTAL lack of exercise that I keep avoiding , i promise , that I will start something this weekend (maybe) Cheers
