TGIF, and so the cycle repeats, I have now just about lost the 2 kg that I gained over the long weekend away (last weekend) only 0.3kg to go. I will no doubt drop that off and hopefully a little extra by tomorrow mornings weigh-in. HOWEVER , tomorrow night(Sat) we have friends over for dinner & beers , haha - watch this space ...
One big issue that I have is my TOTAL lack of exercise that I keep avoiding , i promise , that I will start something this weekend (maybe)

Even walking is good! I also find swimming to be really great because a) you don't overheat b) you're forced to breath in rhythm so you don't feel out of breath c) it's easy on the ol' joints
