ok, my last weigh-in was a couple of weeks ago , since then we have had a lot of social activities on (social = food & drink) , so it has been a couple of "yo-yo" weeks .. ie lose 2 kg during the week & then stack it all on again on Saturday night WTF ? Even considering all of this yo-yo'ing, the general trend is still a LOSS, so that's a good thing. Anyway , here we are Tues Morning and I am 109.2kg , which is pretty good , if I stay focussed all week , I will be at least 1-2 kg BELOW my previous lowest weight, so , although slowly - it IS happening. My GOAL for this Saturday Morning Weigh-in is 107kg (2.2kg loss from this morning) thats 4 days from now BRING IT ON. Am just BUSTING to crack that 2 figure mark (99kg)
