I've only been counting calories for the last week, so my weight loss seems high, probably a lot of water loss etc. Next week should show a more accurate picture and my target is to maintain a 1kg a week weight loss. Nevertheless when you're 45 kg overweight like I am, just walking to the fridge qualifies as exercise, so initially the exercise part is free ;-) I've been sticking rigidly to my 1300 calories daily and everything I've eaten is entered in the tracker here. I'm not hungry and haven't had the dreaded chocolate cravings yet, fingers crossed!
