Oh-oh, I screwed up and ate six 'Damora Crispetts' over the last few days. These are sold by Aldi and contain wheat and flour, my two deadly enemies! My aim is to never eat sugar, flour or wheat again, because once I start I get food cravings I can't control, and that's a disaster for me. Thanks to the lady who mentioned http://www.foodaddictsanonymous.org/ I totally agree with their philosophy regarding sugar, wheat and flour.

Not in any obviously physical way, but eating wheat, flour or sugar starts cravings for junk food. Pies and pastries, for instance smell irresistible and before long, I've talked myself into a 'treat' for doing something well, and my cycle of junk food has started again.
