Can't believe how much I'm going over in my calories. No wonder I've put on weight. Chocolate milkshake was bought for me so had no control over that. Also got complimentary biscuit with coffee. I am enjoying the smoothies and like adding alfalfa or spinach or both. Enjoying having extra veggies on my plate. Took Super Kelp.

I will keep tracking it as that is helpful.

It's hard when things are bought for you or are free to say no, because you feel like you're being rude or wasteful. It's all part of the journey though. I used to drink flat whites when someone did a coffee run in work even though I knew the milk would give me a bad tum later on. Now I just say no thanks or I give it to someone else. There is always someone who will have it :-) The complimentary biscuit was just that, it's hard to get your head around sometimes but it makes absolutely no difference to you if that biscuit is still on the saucer when the empty cup goes back. I feel for you because I'm also a stress eater along with being an emotional eater too. It looks like you've had success with losses before so you know you just have to get into a head space where you realise that you do have control :-) Onwards and upwards xx

Justine, thank u for a wonderful comment! So true. I also forget about that - that we are in charge of what we eat. No exuces

Thanks. Yes I just remembered a trick - hide the complimentary bikkie under a napkin straight away.

That's the ticket :-) You can't (and shouldn't) change everything all at once - which you probably already know, but as long as you make small changes every now and again, they'll all add up before you know it x
