Brussel sprouts ... When cooked correctly, little balls of Paradise. When incorrectly cooked, tiny grenades of stink. Those look terrific.

yes dont let the sprouts get lost in your fridge. toxic gas smell will take over. yes, it happened to me.

I am also in ketogenic diet. It's the best way of eating I have ever found. I am down 40 pounds since mid January.
