Last Friday I had a tooth taken out.
It will be a week from tomorrow that I haven't had a can of coke.
None.
And I'm hoping to keep it like that. Haven't really wanted one. So fingers crossed.

So I went to see my urologist yesterday... And they had to do their routine weigh and blood pressure.
And well I have gained everything that I had lost, back. No wonder my clothes were not fitting properly. I thought it wouls have been a couple of kgs but not that much.
Now I'm feeling like crap. I can barely exercise and I have aches and pains everywhere.
I just can't seem to lose it.

I have a doctors appoiontment at the hospital (for my thyroid) in June and I am hoping to lose some weight by then. My goal is to get to 100 kg or under and stay there.
And now I have no GP and need to find another doctor. Hopefully one that knows their thyroid stuff.

Sorry I've been MIA. Have been dealing with a lot of personal stuff and looking for some kind of work to do.
Haven't been able to weigh myself. My scales have finally broke and just haven't been bothered to go out and get a new one.
Eating is kinda the same. Though I am trying to limit my starchy potatoes. Whenever my OH and MIL want mash I opt for baked sweet potato. I'll be adding pumpkin to the mix soonish. I've been somewhat good with my veggies. Had brocolli a couple of nights a week and other nights i have winter veggies.
Last couple of nights I've had baked chicken with baked sweet potato and winter veggies/brocolli. I like the simplicity of it.
Tonight is BBq Pork Spare Ribs. I know I'm having winter veggies. But OH/MIL will want a carb of sorts which I still need to decide on.
I've also started a ACV regime every morning and night. After watching my MIL take the stuff for the last month, she's desfinelty lost some weight. So I've decided to do it.
My mixture is
1 TBSP of ACV,
1/2 cup of strong herbal tea
1tablespoon of stevia
I have it in the morning after I wake up and 1 an hour before I go to bed. I'm hoping this works. I would love to burn off some fat. It burns my throat a little bit.
I would love to follow a meal plan but I don't have the room in the fridge/freezer to do so.

Stress has made me gain back the 2 kilos I had lost.
I am having health problems, relationship problems, mother in-law problems, the works.
I think I need a holiday.
