I don't know how, but i'm starting to feel like myself again. I have able to get out of the house twice this week.
I did miss going the shops and walking around looking at stuff, window shopping and grabbing a bite to eat.
It was good. I'm sore from the hill that I have to walk up and down to get to the bus stop but that's my exercise.
Weight is still somewhat an issue but it hasn't bothered me as much this week.

So i thought i try having a can of coke the other day, and well I definitely won't be having that stuff again. After the first couple of sips my stomach bloated and it was making gurgling noises. Its nice to know that i have offically turned myself off coke.
Still struggling to lose weight. but i guess 2 kilos is bettewr than nothing.

I can't believe how much snacking I have been doing in the last few days.
I;m sure its because i've stopped drinking soft drinks. I ate 5 containers of Jelly tonight.
I gotta work out a plan to stop this.

Today hits the 2 week mark of having no soft drink. I did have a can of sprite in celebration of a birthday. But other than that i have had no cravings what so ever.
I have noticed that I'm snacking slightly more than normal. So I will work on that later.
Right now i'm working on one step at a time.

Last Friday I had a tooth taken out.
It will be a week from tomorrow that I haven't had a can of coke.
None.
And I'm hoping to keep it like that. Haven't really wanted one. So fingers crossed.
