So stuff happened and I ended up on the sugar train. I can see the station in sight & will be getting off the sugar train in 36hrs.
My body is reacting to the increased sugar with inflammation; my lower back is tight. The flip side is that the scalp psoriasis which was out of control on LCEF has subsided.....
I'm stressed that the psoriasis will flare up again and have been doing research which suggests to cut back on dairy ☹️
I know practice makes perfect but it's frustrating...... then again at least I'm aware of what is going on with my body 😬

So Iits been a week since I recorded my weight. In that week I did a natural 24hr fast, enjoyed a 24hr period of relaxing my choices, a big day of exercise and the scales went up! I've chosen to only record when the number decreases to keep my mindset positive and to keep focused even though I know it would have been easy to emotionally eat when I seemed to stall. Additionally one thing that has kept me on track that I can see a difference in the shape of my legs

Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Can't believe it - someone who I haven't seen for a two weeks commented on how well I looked and asked if I lost weight. So I replied "thanks for noticing, you're the first one to tell me it's noticeable and I've lost 6kg in the last for weeks 😁"
Feeling very proud, next goal stay on track for the next four weeks - 28/4!
