1st day back to the gym.
It's so weird. I'm so used to just using any machine i want. Everything is done by appointment. And if i want to use a machine in a different zone i have set another appointment. So in thoery, for what i need to do, it will take me 2 hours.
I will work it out.

Still haven't weighed myself. maybe i will do at the doctors tomorrow.
Finding myself very tired and really bad brain fog. Blood tests did come back with my Iron, Vit D and B12 on the low side.
This lock down has made me gain so much weight. I can't wait to go back to the gym.

Haven't been able to go to the gym since this whole coronaviris started.
I going to try my hardest to stay active during this time and try to stay healthy.
Got my groceries and meds sorted. Just need to work out my vitamins.
This is just crazy.

Hitting the gym on Thursday. It has been a week and a bit since I last went but I have an house inspection coming tomorrow (26th) and so I've been using those days to clean the house (inside and outside).
I can barely walk now. Legs are heavy.
I got to get a blood test done to check my Thyroid levels and some other things. Hoping to get that tomorrow as well if not after gym on Thursday.
I'm now feeling tired. so I will quickly do things I need to do online then off to bed =)
