Started 16/8 fasting on Sunday. Stopped rise & going in other direction. Going better than expected with tolerating it. Now to get serious about stopping the slow rise & being stuck.

Weight is stuck, trying to revisit my macros, pretty clear I'm not getting adequate protein overall, especially as I'm strength training twice weekly now. Feeling better though, feeling stronger.
